| Is Design House a stand alone program? |
| No. Design House was created as a companion to Photoshop. While many of the textures, backgrounds, wallpapers, and photo objects will work with most any imaging software, the actions, brushes, patterns, custom shapes, and styles will only work with Photoshop CS2 or higher. |
| Are the templates listed on this site included in the Design House Libraries? |
| No. The Design House Libraries are collections of tools and files anyone can use to create templates or get creative with their images, there are no templates inside the libraries. The card, album, and magazine templates listed on this site are pre-made, layered files that were created using the Design House Libraries. |
| Are there duplicates in Design House Library 1 & 2? |
| No. These products do not overlap. They are completely separate libraries with completley different tools and files. |
| Can I purchase parts of the Design House Libraries separately? |
| Yes. Many of the parts and peices from the Libraries can be purchased separately. Just visit the Tools & File Sets section of the store. |
| There are a lot of files and tools in the Design House libraries and templates. How can I learn to use them all? |
| There are lots of free video tutorials available in the Design House Learning Center. They'll do everything from show you what's in a collection to show you how to use it. Visit the Design House Learning Center to view them. |
| Will the templates work in another program besides Photoshop? |
| Only if the other program can read and handle native layered .PSD files. Templates are designed to specifically be used in Photoshop. |
| Do I have to have a PayPal Account to purchase from Design House? |
| No. While PayPal does serve as the credit card clearing house for the Design House store, you do not have to have a PayPal account to purchase from Design House. Simply choose NOT to log in to your PayPal Account during the checkout process (use the left side of the PayPal screen). Do I have to have a PayPal Account to purchase from Design House?

| Do you send out hard copies of your software and templates? |
| Yes, but all hard copies are marked in their titles and/or descriptions. Please read them carefully before purchase, so that you know whether you are purchasing a hard copy or electronic download. Some products are only available as electronic download. |
| I didn't get a link for my product download in my email. How am I supposed to download my product? |
| Your product is available for immediate download as soon as your purchase is complete. In fact, if you scroll to the bottom of the very last screen in the checkout process, you'll find your download(s). You can get back to your download page and orders by logging in to the Design House Store and clicking the "My Account" link at the top left of the store. A list of your orders will appear. Click it and your download will be available there. |
| How long do I have to download my product? |
| Normally, you have five days and 3 attempts to download your product. If for some reason you are unable to download your product in that time, please contact us and we'll help you get your product. |
| Downloads keep failing, how can I stop that from happening? |
| When you purchase one of the Design House Libraries, there are lots of files to download. We suggest that you download no more than two of the files at a time completely before moving on to the next downloads in the list. You may also need to adjust your firewall settings to download our product. |
